数字法治与营商环境研究 ——以知识产权保护为视角 颜井辰湖北和楚律师事务所 摘要： 数字法治是数字经济与法治的融合，以数字化赋能法治效果，推动法治领域数字化，笔者仅结合工作学习实践中的思考，对数字法治时代知识产权保护的意义和存在的问题简要说明并提出相关的参考建议措施，希望能在数字法治背景下的知识产权保护经验和模式方面起到抛砖引玉的有益思考。 The digital rule of law is the integration of the digital economy and the rule of law, empowering the rule of law with digitization and promoting the digitization of the rule of law field.
