About the Author Weiping Huang, born in 1951,PhD， Jean Monnet Chair, Director of Center for World Economy Studies since 2012, professor of School of Economics, Renmin University of China （RUC）since 1993. Currently he is the member of University Council, of Academic Committee of Renmin University of China, and of the China Academic of Social Science.
